In and out for service. Not the first time I have been here, but definitely the quickest. Was informed by Bill they hired additional help in service department, it is about time! Have been there previously and was disappointed about the wait, changing oil shouldn’t take over a 1/2 day, especially when you have an appointment. Glad I gave them another opportunity to earn my business.

Tough diagnostic that took an unexpected amount of time. I got a loaner to go get lunch and a lunch place recommendation which I took. It was great too. Then I was given a loaner to use while my truck was getting fixed. They were open on Saturday so I could get my truck back. I feel like they did plenty to see that I was taken care of while they fixed my truck. Which they did. And I am very happy with it.

Well happy with there service but 100 bucks for a oil change is ridiculous for a 25 4qt engine i got my ram 5.7 hemi serviced at ram in mcalester 7 qt full synthetic was only 109.00 with a tire rotation there is a problem here with pricing makes me think twice about having it changed there again

As is typical for Dunn Country Chevy/GMC in Eufaula, the service was wonderful! We had both of our cars needing oil changes at the same time and we needed at least one car. So Bill in Service suggested we schedule them back to back while we were in town! Worked great! We dropped one off and ran errands in one. Then when the first was finished we swapped cars and finished our errands while the second on was completed! Simple plan that worked perfectly. We really appreciate the sincere efforts to keep us on the road when service is needed! Thanks, Dunn Country!

This is the second time that I've used Dunn's and it was just a great as the first time. When I brought my car in, I had another issue going on that I asked about and said I know I'd have to make another appointment for but just a asking for ideas on what it might be. The service advisor told me they take a quick peek at it for me. Great customer service!

We called on Tuesday morning wanting to make an appointment for car. Manager said we could bring it in at 2:00 pm. My husband took it in, car was fixed that afternoon. It was so fast and smooth.

I dropped my car off without an appointment due to the radiator having a leak in it. They immediately got my car in and took car off me. A short two days later and they had my car ready to roll again.
