Meet Our Staff

Grandson of Dunn Country founders Duke & Reba, Cale Dunn has led the Dunn Country Chevy GMC team since its founding in Eufaula in 2005. Cale leads by example and sets the tone for the dealership dress code with his short-sleeved polo shirt and shorts (when the weather is right, which is pretty often). “A happy customer is a future customer” is Cale’s motto for Dunn Country Chevy GMC, though customers are a close #2 on his list – the top spot is reserved for April.

April’s finger is on the pulse of all things Dunn Country Chevy GMC. While Cale is hopping in, out, and all around to get deals done, April is the cool-headed co-leader of the dealership. April catches all and does all - making sure everything is running smoothly so that every customer has the comfortable, easy experience Dunn Country is known for across the state.

Craig is the seasoned veteran of the dealership who’s been a part of the Dunn Country family since 1983. He’s a family man who wears many hats at work and at home, taking care of business and filling in when his expertise is needed. Craig loves the lake but his heart is set to island time.

You may have already guessed by his nickname that Whimpy loves cheeseburgers, though you wouldn’t know it by looking at him, since he’s a lean, mean, managing machine. Whimpy knows something about everything and a lot about selling cars. He shares life lessons with his patented “Whimpyisms,” and though he prefers to project a certain gruff charm, anybody who’s met him knows Whimpy Lawson is a kind, thoughtful, big-hearted friend to all. Or maybe to “most.” We don’t want to overpromise or anything.

Chris is a true diagnostic machine, except he’s not made of metal with flashing lights and such. A world-class technician who’s crazy smart with all things automotive, Chris has been an essential member of the Dunn Country Chevy GMC service team since 2007.

Javier knows how to sell, and it’s not just his Latin charm and tight t-shirts that seal the deal. He’s a smart, sharp leader who gets things done, including the latest posts on the Dunn Country Chevy GMC TikTok. Javier’s the one heating up his homemade protein bowl when the team is chowing down on Mama Tig’s pizza for lunch, but he’s also known to make the most of a night on the lake with friends, though some occasionally express regret the next morning.

Liz is in the center of it all - literally. From her vantage point in the center of the Dunn Country Chevy GMC showroom, LIz has her eyes and ears on every vehicle and every piece of important business. She knows the sales process like the back of her hand and where all the bodies are buried, so she knows how to keep the rest of the team on their toes.

His title says “Lot Porter” but in reality, Spencer is our inventory specialist. At any point of the day, he can tell you every detail of any car on the lot: where it is, how many miles it's got, who traded it… it’s truly a gift. From transporting customers to making deliveries to the bank and tag office to picking up cars from auction, Spencer is Dunn Country Chevy GMC’s road warrior.

Carrie catches everything. Nothing slips through her fingers. From payroll to HR to accounting to answering questions from Cale & Whimpy, Carrie is meticulously thorough at her job. Parts, service, sales… you name it. She’s the central hub of all things Dunn Country Chevy GMC.

Billy’s the smiling face at Dunn Country Chevy GMC who assembles all the information from every customer to communicate back to our technicians. When he’s not keeping up with almost 1,000 service tickets each month, Billy spends his time keeping up with his grandkids. (He’s got a lot less than 1,000 of them.)

Gracie is our title clerk and front office cashier who’s there to help out Dunn Country Chevy GMC customers, parts & service team members, and everyone in sales.

It’s been said that Dathan is an expert at parts – on the shelf and on his head! When he’s not combing through inventory, he’s Dunn Country Chevy GMC’s go-to IT man. Dathan is a natural storyteller who lives his life inspired by the words of Ricky Bobby, “If you ain't first, you're last.”

Though his birth certificate reads “Alfonzo Chiles III,” friends call him “Peewee.” And close friends know what else his family calls him. Peewee is all about treating customers the right way, with an infectious smile that brightens up the Dunn Country Chevy GMC showroom (which already gets a whole lotta natural light).

Emily is proof that even guys like Whimpy Lawson can catch a break every once in a while. She’s the bright, sunny presence at Dunn Country Chevy GMC who takes care of every customer need with precision and speed. Emily loves hiking, camping, and being outdoors almost as much as she loves being a boy mom.

Despite his name, Jett likes to take his time. If this Dunn Country Chevy GMC salesman gets to telling you a story, you better have a chair handy, ‘cause it’s gonna be a while, but it’s always worth it. Peewee says Jett can outrun Javier and beat him in arm wrestling, but we haven’t seen video proof yet. Though, since Javi is in charge of taking video for the dealership TikTok, we probably never will.

The youngest member of the Dunn family, Sam is an Australian Labradoodle who will eat anything he can get in his mouth, mostly the hands of folks trying to pet him. He’s happiest with his family and has major separation anxiety when they’re not in sight. Sam’s favorite activity is playing with other dogs and little kids, though April & Cale are still working on teaching him to not jump on everyone that makes eye contact.
